Sales Support Associate Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Client calling through curated data base provided.

Provide Product information to the prospects.

Track Interested cases and follow-up for pre-sanction documents to be submitted to the

Banks.

Document, maintain and update all call information according to standard operating

procedures

Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls

Follow up customer calls where necessary

Upsell products and services

Complete call logs and reports

Other duties as assigned

Sales Support Associate Qualifications and Skills

Basic Bachelor s Degree

Proficient in MS Office related modules

Proficient in English, Hindi and local language (preferable)

1-2 years of experience in managing prospect calling

Knowledge of customer service practices and principles

Excellent data entry and typing skills

Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills

Ability to handle work pressure
