Job Summary

the Sales & Marketing Department Helps Us Leverage Online and Offline Channels to Build Brand and Create Leads for Our Businesses. You Will Be in Charge of Handling all the Incoming Leads and Generate Outbound Leads as Well to Fill Up the Spaces in a Given Time Frame. You Will also Ensure that We Send Out the Right Communication to Prospective Customers and are Consistent with Our Brand Positioning.

responsibilities and Duties

as An Inside Sales Associate, You Will Be Expected To:

Daily Property Visits

Showcasing Office Spaces And Negotiating Rental On Behalf Of Customers

Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Goals.

Negotiating All Contracts With Prospective Clients.

Helping Determine Pricing Schedules For Quotes, Promotions, And Negotiations.

Preparing Weekly And Monthly Reports.

Giving Sales Presentations To A Range Of Prospective Clients.

Coordinating Sales Efforts With Marketing Programs.

Understanding And Promoting Company Programs.

Obtaining Deposits And Balance Of Payment From Clients.

Preparing And Submitting Sales Contracts For Orders.

Visiting Clients And Potential Clients To Evaluate Needs Or Promote Products And Services.

Maintaining Client Records.

Answering Client Questions About Credit Terms, Products, Prices And Availability.

qualifications and Skills

experience: 1-3 Years of Experience in Real Estate Background and Should have Two Wheeler Compulsory
