REPORTING: TO THE CSA (CHANNEL SALES ASSOCIATE)

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

The main duties of SALES CO-ORDINATOR are to handle the sales leads supporting sales team by providing solutions.

Calling the prospects and providing proper information and cracking sales.

Daily update of sales performance in CSA (CHANNEL SALES ASSOCIATE) territory

Follow-up with sales team

Communication with new appointed sales channel

Supporting sales team and achieving the goals.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Must have good communication skill, self-motivated Must possess experience of at least 1 yrs in tele calling Qualifications:

Any Graduate Experience: At least 1 yrs of experience in Tele calling

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication

Organised and able to meet deadlines

Team co-ordination and motivating ability

PERFORMANCE GOALS:

Deal with clients, suppliers and other employees professionally at all times

Ensure growth and stability

New business development

Consistent follow-up with sales team and client.
