Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales activities, including managing schedules, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings.

- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.

- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.

- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.

- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.

- Assist with the organization of marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing and sales efforts.

Requirements:

- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

- Previous experience in marketing or sales support roles is a plus.
