Job Responsibilities:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers of the branch, and ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify and understand the financial needs and goals of the customers, and provide them with suitable banking services and solutions.

Cross-sell and refer other products and services of the bank, such as loans, deposits, insurance, investments, and digital banking, to increase the revenue and profitability of the branch.

Participate in marketing activities, and support the branch manager in achieving the branch targets and objectives.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in CASA sales/ portfolio management from banks.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.

Strong knowledge of banking products and services, and the local market.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Willingness to travel and visit customers as required.
