end-to-end Hiring & Complete Recruitment Life-cycle for Sourcing the Best Talent from Diverse Sources for Us Based Clients.

would Be Dealing with Sourcing Candidates, Strategizing, Evaluation of Candidates, Discussing Compensation with Candidates Etc.

responsible for Primary Screening, Coordination, Offer Generation, Negotiation and Closing Candidates for Assigned Requisitions.

preparing Hiring Plan, Understanding the Job Specification and Job Description.

maintaining Database of Applications

responsible to Work On Contract, Permanent & C2h (contract to Hire) Position.

responsible for Achieving a Good Conversion Ratio of Submittals Into Interview and Placement.

skills:

minimum 3 to 5 Years of Experience in Us It Staffing

nice to have Experience with Direct Clients

excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skill.

keen to Develop Extensive Technical Knowledge in Selected Technologies to Conduct Primary Screening.

command Over Various Search Tools & Techniques.

knowledge of Tax Terms, Visas and Various Time Zones
