register queries or new requirements from clients and allocate work to FLA accordingly.

Team management and solve the work related issues raised by teams and freelancers.

Monitoringthe FL and quality assurance of their work.

Advance Billing and create FLA payment reports.

Follow up with Associates(CA,CS) and giving proposal to clients.

Act as the point of contact between the executives,Freelancers and internal/external clients

Maintain good relationships with clients so that business can maximize the value of those relationships.

Identify key contacts at potential clients to establish relationships.

Understand the problems and challenges of clients and identify ways the business could better address.

Provide excellent service to maintain positive reputation of the company.

Resolve any customer complaint promptly and professionally.

Participate in one and one meeting with clients.
