Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

o real Estate Candidates are Preferred

o has Worked On Credit Note, Sales Agreement, Sales Deed, Draft

o managing Customers Queries Related to Flat Purchase, Construction Progress, Payment Structure, Generating Business from Existing Client Etc

o responsible for Creating Daily Scheduled Reports from Sales Force - Calling List, Collection Update and Various other Reports On Need Basis

o interact with Customers and Make Follow Up Calls in Order to Collect the Amounts Due.

o follow Up with Bank Customers to Follow Up with Banks for Fund Release Against the Milestone Achieved.

o constant Follow Up Emails for Those Customers Who are Delaying Agreements and Loan Processing

o attending the Meetings with Prospective Clients

o proper Coordination with Team Members & Various Departments.

o generating Business from Existing Client

o loan Processing

o should have Experience Into Answering Customer Queries By Coordinating with Legal Team, Should have Exposure Into Client Escalation Queries.

o should have Managed Possession, Handing Over of Apartments & Attending to all Queries Pertaining to Handing Over.
