- Obtaining the client’s information by calling.

- Verifying the obtained information.

- Handling inbound and outbound calls.

- Dealing with client’s day to day assigned tasks.

- Maintaining records and preparing reports for the same.

Skills:

- Clear Communication skills.

- Attentive Listening for gathering and examining customer’s information.

- Providing accurate data on the basis of quick decision.

- High level of Verbal and Written skills.

- Patience and soft-spoken on client handling via calls.
