Job Description/Responsibilities

Responsible for delivering the targeted numbers both in terms of Volume as well as Value

Maintaining Financial Hygiene

Handling a team of ASEs & SEs/ motivating them & guiding them

To ensure that Shipments are well supported by depletions & tertiaries

To be on top of the Market information & keep the organization updated.

Identifying potential customers & developing business opportunities

To ensure that he himself & his team follows the GTM norms.

Building a healthy relationship in the market
