Required a Senior Recruiter and Junior Recruiter for USA consultancy(Dyna Infotech) to work from Hyderabad office.
Responsibilities
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience) for senior recruiter
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent knowledge in US visa guide lines and different types of visas
Ability to find suitable candidates based on the client requirement.
Ability to scrutinize and select the right candidates for the client requirement.
Ability to followup and keep in touch with the employee on the entire process of recruitment.
Strong decision-making skills
Candidate should completed any form of degree.
