Contact New Customers or Existing customers to inform them about a project by using Project scripts.
To answer all queries about the company projects politely.
To understand customer requirements and Recommend the projects based on their needs.
Up Sell & Cross sell the product to the right customers by asking questions based on their requirements.
To Follow up the interested customers actively and push them for a project site visit.
To Forward the interested prospects to the site along with the field sales person when needed.
To verify the customer presence on site with the project sales team.
To interact with the project sales team about customer requirements and their background.
To Achieve the Site visit target every month.
Keep records of all calls & Customer information in the database for the company.
Follow up the visited customers vigorously to close the sales whenever needed.
