She Should possess very good knowledge in Verbal and Written skills of English.

Good in MS Word Excel.

Basic knowledge of real estate, property and sales.

Should be reliable, team leader, self -motivated and well disciplined.

Should be able to work under pressure.

Language proficiency: English, Hindi and regional language.

Arranging the site visits for new clients.

Complete knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Conversion leads to site visits and bookings.

Coordinating with sales team as a back -end support for growth of business.

Track and maintain the outcome of each inquiry /lead.

Report preparation and analysis.
