1 year experience in Telecalling

Job Description :-

> Maintain the team of 6 to 8 callers to develop the business.

> Fix target for the callers and drive business through them to reach the target.

> Teaching the team on products and obstacle handling

> Updating the team performance on daily basis by Regular meeting and interaction

one to one.

> TLs should ensure and his priority is his team should be more productive team/

Successful team

> Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

>Influence customers to buy product (Insurance) by regular follow-up.

>Team Leader should control the Attrition by having strong bonding with team.

> Maintain the business morality by doing quality business and maintain good relationship with the customer for their future service.

>Maintain Quality and Service by following organization standards.

>Candidates would be required to achieve sales targets

> Salary based on their previous experience, designation and last three month salary.

>TLs are eligible for monthly incentive based on their team achievements.

>Apart from incentive they are eligible for Monthly Contest and Team Outing Which

will be declared by Head Office time to time.

> Language - Manageable English with fluency in Kannada.
