Position: Telecaller

Duration: 3 months contract

Rotational shifts ( 15 days wfh & 15 days from office)

Job Responsibilities;

Managing inbound and outbound calls. Answering emails is an added advantage

Maintaining a high level of service with customers and internal team members

Delivering accurate description of product /service

Making a Record of each call by accurately documenting status and comments in the appropriate database or platform

Escalating unresolved problems to the relevant departments and work towards a resolution

KEY SKILLS:

Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines

Able to promptly answer & support related Phone calls, Chat & Emails.

Self-motivated, Detail-oriented, and organized

Manage all queries and respond to the same through all phones and emails.

Strong decision making and problem-solving skills

Able to priorities tasks and workloads in order of importance

Languages

English, Hindi is a must. Any other regional language is an added advantage

Qualification

2nd PUC, Diploma Pass-out or Graduate for any Medium

Experience : 0 - 1 Years

No. of Openings : 10

Education : Diploma, Any Bachelor Degree
