Sales Executive or Sales Manager
Responsible for handling Direct Sales
Managing all enquiries of walkin customers and customer visits
Follow up enquiries and fix customer appointments
Handing site visits & clients
Frequent follow up with prospective customers to achieve sales target
Generate enquiries through other sources (existing customers contact, taking part in the realty exhibition, etc.)
Report on Sales Activities to reporting authority
The candidate has to achieve sales targets assigned on a monthly basis.
Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Sales Marketing of a Real Estate Project
Develop and manage broker network
Maintain cordial relationships with the brokers and customers where ever required
Manage the Sales Team, Back Office and all queries related to sales of the project
Lead Generation, negotiate with customers and close transactions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Persuasive with marketing and sales skills

High levels of passion in Real Estate Sales
