Key Responsibilities (Field Sales Executive):

Execute effective door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Foster and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

Provide comprehensive information about Kotak Life Insurance products.

Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Submit timely reports on sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications (Field Sales Executive):

Age up to 39 years.

Any Graduate can apply.

Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales in any industry, preferably in the insurance sector.

Genuine interest in life insurance sales.

Full-time availability.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to excel in a target-driven environment.

Two-wheeler is mandatory.
