Essential Duties and Responsibilities-

1. Attain productivity and quality goals for the respective calls or Zones.

2. Manpower alignment to the line as per production schedule.

3. Achieving targeted OEE & Cycle time.

4. Supporting Assistant Manager to achieve Key performance indicators like-

OEE Improvement

Zero Accidents, Incidents

Zero Customer complaints

Scrap % reduction.

5. Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.

6. Conducting root cause analysis and taking necessary corrective actions, If any deviation noticed

7. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

8. Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.

9. Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.
