## Area Sales Manager (Plywood Industry)

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead and manage sales activities within your assigned territory.
* Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share.
* Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
* Coach and develop your sales team to maximize performance.
* Prepare insightful sales forecasts and reports to inform strategic decision-making.
* Travel within the region as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
**Qualifications:**
* Minimum 2-6 years of experience in B2B sales management, preferably within the plywood industry or related building materials sector (FMCD).
* Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building successful teams.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
* Fluency in Hindi (or regional language as required) is a plus.
* Graduate degree preferred.
