ocation: Across locations - PuneJob Title: Sales Manager What are we looking for : Were seeking a qualified Sales Manager to sell Whitehat Jrs classes that our customers have grown to rely on. You will utilize your skills to work on the leads shared, build a strong relationship with customers and close deals. You will be required to call and confirm the appointment and visit the customers at their residences to conduct a Home Demo/ Presentation, engage and enrol the students for our programs. Quick learner with strong negotiation skillsShould be a graduate Proven track record of exceeding targets as a Sales professional with 1-10 years of experienceOpen to travel extensively within the city for conducting Home Demos

1) Responsible for generating quality Enquiries/Leads through on-ground promotionalevents and activities2) Interacting with customers viz a viz parents and understanding their concerns abouttheir childs education3) Pitch them about WhiteHat Jrs Product and convince them to book for a free trial class4) Drive the campaign through lead generation and proper target alignment5) Ensuring proper collateral setup on the given asset location6) Responsible for overall campaign management

Scope: Exceed targets for New Sales, Referrals or Renewals, in an individual contributor roleWork Location:Remote online work until offices reopen, candidate may be based anywhere in IndiaWorking days: 6 working days with 1 day-off which may be during week.Shifts (subject to change): start hour will be after 7 PM and shift end hour before 10 AMMandatory Language Fluency: English.Laptop/Wi-fi: candidates to use their own laptops, wi-fi will be reimbursedAdditional Compensation: If applicable, this will be decided basis your allocated shift after you joinQualifications Only above 1 year of minimum Sales Experience considered. Graduation is mandatory with a minimum of 55% grade. Proven B2C Sales track record of exceeding targets. Fluency in English with no MTI influence, ability and willingness to deliver in a high pressureenvironment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills. Ability to counsel a parent for the child's future. Comfortable with changing shift timings so that we may serve our customers better. Overall 7 years max Experience. We do not consider applicants above 7 years of overallexperience. Pervious Sales experience mandatory. However, not necessary to have only Tele-calling Sales. Versant (Online Test) Mandatory with > 60 marks. Immediate joiners or within 1 month notice period considered.
