Ltd., in Chennai Velachery Location.ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES WILL BE PREFFERDRoles & Responsibilities: Preferably looking for candidates with Civil & Electrical background (BE Civil,EEE, ECE, EIE) Should be efficient in managing the complete project. Responsible for man power allocation & client management & Vendor management. Complete the billing & documentation activities and submit the reports on timely basis. Candidates from teaching background as previous can be preferred. About Organization:Perfect is a civil construction company. Our portfolio includes civil construction of commercial projects especially in petrol retail outlet (bunk) construction with high-profile clients.Your responsibility include but are not limited to, Must have good knowledge in surveying, fixing bench mark for given road level and preparing level sheet based on the given site survey. Executing the project as per schedule and good knowledge in preparing Joint Measurement Report (JMR). Management of site activities and in-charge of all functions of the project including supervising the progress at site and monitoring the site labour force. Supervision of ongoing building work such as Brick /Block/ RCC Work, concreting, electrical, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, plumbing etc., at all stages Extract quality work from Junior Engineers and site supervisors. Managing and solving labour problems at site and ensuring smooth work progress.
