CTC :- 14000 /- in hand 11800/-
Deals with incoming & outgoing customer calls with a friendly and positive manner and provides outstanding service to the customer throughout the duration of the call.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Should be able to speak English, Hindi & Marathi
Good communication skills
Polite and customer service oriented
Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries
