Position: Trade Relationship Manager

CTC: up to LPA+ Incentives

Exp. 2-4 Yrs. of Trade Forex & FES Products exp. from Banking Industry

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Role:

1. Acquire quality Current Accounts Customers who are dealing in International Trade.

2. Identify target markets and Segments.

3. Ensure to follow all compliance and KYC norms while acquiring.

4. Ensure that the customer is guided regarding rates and charges.

5. Commission and Rates to be fixed in the system.

6. Activate the first trade transaction.

7. Explore the potential of various trade and FES products like Forward Contracts, LC/BG/BC , Travel cards etc.

8. Ensure that clients keep high CA AMB values in the accounts opened.

9. Generation of Asset leads.

10. Smooth handover of the customer to the Branch operations team.

11. To educate customers regarding Cut off times and follow the SLAs.

12. Maintain a low cost of acquisition by acquiring bigger value of accounts.

13. To achieve Business / Income targets.

Required Profile:

1. 2 to 4 years of Trade Forex and FES preferably in Banking Industry.

2. Excellent Domain knowledge.

3. Exhaustive knowledge of Trade and FES products.

4. Excellent sales skills.

5. Excellent knowledge of client behavior & engagement in each product / geographic segments.

6. High energy levels and enthusiasm, should have winning attitudes.

7. Good listener and should possess excellent communication skills.

8. Excellent negotiator and smart worker.

9. Result-oriented especially in achieving given NTBs and sales targets.
