Position: Territory Manager- Government Business & Retail Institutions

CTC: Up to 15 LPA + Incentives

Exp. 5+ Yrs. in sourcing government business in banking industry

Job Role:

1. Territory Manager is expected to manage a team and ensuring that the team is achieving the monthly targets.

2. Acquisition & servicing of Govt. clients in the field of Municipal Corporations, State Governments, Govt. PF Trusts, Embassies, Gram Panchayats, Retail Institutions, Govt. Boards & Development Authorities, Defence, Autonomous Bodies etc.

3. Would be responsible for handling transaction & investment banking business like Payments, Collections, Fixed Deposits, FX, Online Transfers, Online Payment Gateway, Asset business & other banking & financial products to the Govt. clients.

4. Create a rapport with the top management of all the clienteles.

5. Generate leads for other banking products offered by the bank like assets, insurance & TPP etc.

6. Work closely with the Retail Branch for ensuring efficient service to clients.

Preferred Candidate:

Relevant work experience of 5+ yrs.

Needs to have very strong Banking knowledge and should be well versed with the products, processes and systems of the bank.

Needs to be approachable and should have the ability to guide and handle pressure situations.

Accuracy and analytical ability on MIS.

Able to manage and drive various Learning events

Eye for details, Meticulous & Good communication skills.
