you Will Be Responsible for :
escalating Technical Issues to the Relevant Parties When Needed and Following Up Till the Issues are Closed.
ensuring all Standards and Procedures are Followed and Maintained.
answering Various Queries of Current and Prospective Customers About the Features and Capabilities of Our Sms and Voice Product.
communicating Customer Requirement to Our Development and Engineering Staff.
high Level of Competency in Issue Troubleshooting, Customer Engagement, Crm, Ticketing Tool.
the Profile
you Possess a Degree/diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or Related Field.
you have At Least 1 Year Experience Within a Helpdesk/technical Support or Similar Role.
you have Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
you Understand the Logic Behind the Code.
you are Highly Goal Driven and Work Well in Fast Paced Environments
