Job Description

Job Requires:

a) Graduate/ Diploma in any stream

b) Candidate should have a flair for sales and marketing

c) Minimum Experience of 0 months – 1 Year in selling. Preferably Industrial Sales of Maintenance Products / Conceptual Product selling.

d) Excellent communication and presentation skills.

e) Highly motivated, having dynamic, creative and innovative personality.

f) Extrovert, confident and possess leadership qualities

g) Male candidates preferred

h) Ready for extensive travelling.

Responsibilities:

a) Job demand need-based selling of Maintenance-Repair-Overhaul (MRO) products, requires application oriented selling approach.

b) Plan visits to prospects regularly and explain the product range with demonstration and on-jobs applications.

c) Confidently present product to prospects/ customers and find out other applications and suggest product from range. Convince customer, bring about sales.

d) Study market trends and competitors activity.

e) Prepare weekly reports of customer and business prospects.

f) Developing sales team.

g) Need to develop and maintain good contacts with the top management of the companies.

h) Travel throughout sales territory.
