1. Communication with clients / Employer / Sales Head about

project, events, customer complaints

2. Collaborating with clients or employer, finance team and other

team members regarding budgeting and allocation funds

3. Answer telephone and respond to inquiries from clients

4. Create, compile and export data base containing all information

for sales marketing events or day to day reports

5. Process and files invoices from vendors

6. Answer potential clients questions about facility and amenities.

Qualification And Experience

Diploma/Bachelors in mechanical OR

Bachelors or masters degree in Sales Marketing/ Business

Administration with minimum 2years of experience in sales/marketing/

Business Development/ Office Administration.
