Job Responsibilities:
spike in business/arrival of new SKUs ensure 100% on shelf availability on marketplaces and zero surprises
for business
Track, analyze trends and help with business insights
Work with the team to get product cataloguing done for new customers, work on new customer onboarding
including but not limited to vendor registration documentation and other customer requirements well within
time to avoid any launch delays
Create and circulate regular reports pertaining to various sales metrics to leadership
Analyze customer purchase trends and keep track of offers, brand activation activities etc., provide such
insights to leadership in specific formats
Ensuring compliance to statutory requirements and company policies
Able to read and interpret instructions, policy, procedures, program information, etc. and provide guidance to
others regarding implementation and application, as well as identify areas of improvement
Should have a long term vision to develop relationships and processes to scale business in addition to
completion of short term sales targets
. Knowledge of MS Excel medium/advanced
Meticulous work style with eye for detail and futuristic mindset easily adaptable to new technology and
systems
. Strong organizational skills and ability to recognize and react to critical business priorities among multiple
tasks and prioritize accordingly
