Documentation
Prepare Recruitment Plan for the Business Units and Support Functions and Ensures Recruitment Happens as per Plan.
Vendor Management and Empanelment for Recruitment.
Identifying the Gaps and Recruiting as per the Tat.
Conducting Preliminary Interviews and Coordinating with Business Head for the Final Selection Process.
Database Management. ( Gap Analysis, Ta Dashboard, Referral, Ijps)
required Experience: 1-4yrs (minimum 1yr in Recruitment)
qualification: Mba in Hr/any Degree with Relevant Experience
