The candidate must be an energetic individuals with rich experience in hiring for mumbai positions, across different vertical.

Candidate must have End to End Recruitment Experience

Good understanding of the entire recruitment process.

Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.

Accountable for closing all open positions with in TAT and defined budgets.

Responsible for Compensation discussions, closing candidates and presenting offers.

Facilitate daily tracking and submitting data / reports with the management.

Client Management

Must have operations management as well as Business development experience will be an advantage

Knowledge of job portals, professional networking sites or head hunting to find the suitable candidates would be preferred
