Sourcing profiles of candidates from various job portals based on the job description that is provided.

Ensuring delivery of profiles with quality candidates within set TAT

Identify and source appropriate talent for current open Positions

Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing

Develop talent pool or social engagements, Sourcing through Headhunting, Social Media, Job portals, References

Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions

Following them up during the interview process and also until they join the company if they get selected
