Job Description:

Manage end to end the Performance Management Process for the aligned location

Work with all Stakeholders to drive closure of assessments as per timelines

Handle payouts of variable pay

Manage the entire PMS process including salary revisions/appraisals

Orient new joiners on the PMS process

Location: Hebbal, Bangalore

Education & Experience:

Graduate in any discipline. MBA in HR preferred

3+ years of experience in HR, of which at least 18 months should be in managing PMS or payroll for an organization

Should have experience of working with Excel and non-system based tools for PMS. Proficiency in Advanced Excel essential

Ability to liaise with stakeholders at the managerial level.
