Conduct Strategic Business Development . tech stack as part of follow-up with prospects who have responded to our Marketing Activities with the objective of creating marketing qualified leads for the sales force.

Play a proactive role in GTM plan for Microsoft solutions collaborating with multiple internal & external stakeholders

Passionate individual comfortable Cold calling people using a given database to generate leads.

Persuade the clients to buy by demonstrating how our services meet their needs

Record the customers personal information accurately in the CRM

Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the companys reputation

Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

Leverage LinkedIn and various other innovative platforms to reach out to potential clients Requirements

You Should Also Bring The Following

Prior business development experience preferred

Passion for meeting and exceeding targets

Strong telephone and prospecting (cold calling) skills

Understanding of enterprise software/B2B high tech industry a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Goal-oriented, highly confident, self-motivated

Excellent organizational skills

Adaptable to new challenges

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone

Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (. CRM software) and telephone systems

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Patient and able to handle customer rejection
