Should be confident in generating new leads by own effort and convert them into sale is most important.

Need to target major B2B/ direct customers/ channel partners to tie up with them for sailing our chemical products in their entire projects.

Should be able to perform the job without any help and achieve target given by the company.

Should have good knowledge in negotiation, marketing skills, communication skills and sales strategies skills.

Act as the point of contact and handle customers individual needs.

Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.

Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.

Supervise sales team to ensure sales increase.

Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
