Duties and responsibilities
The Candidate will be responsible for sales for Greater Bombay (Including Thane District, Kalyan, Navi Mumbai).
Candidate will lead a team of 8 Medical representatives. His role will be to enhance productivity of each of the people reporting to him through coaching/guidance during field work/class room training
KOL engagement/development will be one of the key responsibilities.
Requirements:
Should be willing to work in a start-up environment.
The candidate should have good knowledge of Dental market and must have worked at-least for 5 years in the space of dentistry two of which should have been in the role of AM/RM.
Candidate should have good knowledge of Mumbai market with good connect with KOLs & major channel players
Candidate should have had exposure to institutional sales (Tenders/Rate Contract etc)
Qualification : Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Preferred MBA
Experience : 9 - 10 Years
