Job Description

Urgent Opening for Multi linguistic Voice Process

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Handling Inbound/Outbound Customer Calls.

* Clarifying Customer Queries, auctioning customer request and handling complaints.

* Being Productive and adhering to call quality parameters

* Undergoing refresher training on a regular basis

Qualification:

* HSC/Diploma/UG/PG degree

* Exposure to Computer - Basic System Knowledge.

* Good in Hindi/Kannada/Malayalam/Telugu and English.

* Good Typing Speed(Optional).

* Fresher/Experience in Call Centre process

* Salary is not a constraint for deserved candidates
