Service Support Engineer - Machines

Installation, Maintenance and Servicing of CNC/Turret punching, bending & notching, Laser cutting, Press brake machines.

Provide technical support to customers by identifying and resolving customer challenges.

Provide routine service support in respective zone accounts to execute agreed upon customer system assurance and continuous improvement plans.

Conducting client-site / In-house / online demos

Customer training and annual maintenance of machines

Follow up with the customers for pending payments. (Accounts Receivables)

Assist Sales team with market information on start-ups of new applications in both existing customers and in new accounts.

Follow-up with prospective customers on daily/ weekly/monthly basis for arranging demos

Working with sales team when closing sale

Follow-up with existing customers for new business and networking with new customers

To be based at our Bangalore office, handling the sales & servicing of our all machines.

Our Bangalore office is located at Bettahalasuru Cross (Located on Devanahalli Airport Road)

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: CNC Machine

1+ years in CNC/Turret punching, bending and notching machine service experience

Masters/ Bachelors degree in engineering in Mechanical/Mechatronics (preferred) / Diploma in related domain (technical or engineering) along with technical service experience.

Strong Turret / CNC punching, bending and notching machine theory and practical application experience
