What youll do
Customer Experience is a core focus of our company. The CX specialist will also serve as a voice for
our customers by helping our product and tech team design user-centered features and create a
seamless user experience.
Ability to communicate complex technical topics to customers and coworkers of varying
technical skill levels
Triage all inbound tickets through our ticketing system
Answer L1 tickets, and assign others
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup
Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until theyve solved a
technical issue
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
Ensure all issues are properly logged
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
Maintain jovial relationships with clients
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Proven work experience as a Support Agent, or similar role
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic and complex technical issues
Knowledge of HTML/CSS
Familiarity with SFDC (must)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Open to work in Night/Rotational Shifts
