3. Monitor Wilo and Dilo Review of Dsrs.(dsms to Lead, So to Do Supportive Role))

4. Spend Minimum 15 Days in the Market-full Day Sales Call with Dsrs and Dsms.(accountable)

5. Lead Monthly Dsr Meeting Under His Territory, Firm Up Action Plans for Each Dsr and Fmr/dmr in His Territory. also Responsible for Reviewing Last Month Action Plans for Each Dsr and Fmr/dmr. Conduct Role Plays Based On the Current Running Proposition (accountable)

6. Increasing Mb and Asmb as per Agreed Kpi.(accountable)

7. Through Dsrs and Fmrs, Sales Officer Will Drive Shell Product Display and Usage of Pos in Possible Outlet.( Responsible)

8. Coach Dsr Team is Through Simple Communication of Cvp for Each Category (communication to Dealer/ Mechanics and End Consumer)

9. Reward and Recognize Dsr Performances During Team Gathering as per Icam Guidelines (supportive) Key Account Management.

10. Directly Handle and Deliver Through Top 25 Volume Outlets (we Can Define this Number Later) (accountable) Competitor Intelligence Report

11. Regular Reporting (as and When Action Happens) On Competition Activities (within Competition Law Limits) new Product Launch, Marketing Campaigns, Price, Consumer or Trade Schemes Etc.(accountable)
