Ensure Dealer Development and Motivation Towards Sales and Generation of Adequate Sales Funnel; Promote New Products / Skus as Planned

Track Dealer Performance and Take Required Action to Improve Non Performing Dealers

Build Consumer/ Influencer Connect as per the Region to Build Brand Awareness and Generate Leads for the Dealers; (guide Dealer Sales Officers as Applicable)

Identify Avenues for Superior Service Delivery & Inform Superior

Drive Exclusivity of Dealers as Applicable

Maintain Regular Coordination with In-charge Mis to Ensure On-time Order Fulfillment

Manage Outstanding with Dealers Post Order Fulfillment Periodically

Submit all Required Reports/ Mis/ Competitor Profiles On Time.

Implement all Meets, Ppa / Schemes & Initiatives for Dealers, Influencers & Consumers as per Plans

Monitor & Ensure Effective Implementation of all Initiatives (rcp/ Tally Etc.) At the Dealer Outlet

Participate in Performance Reviews and Knowledge Sharing Sessions

Incorporate Feedback Provided in Regular Day-to-day Working

Support in Implementation of Initiatives for Improvement in the Current Systems &processes

Oversee Any other Work as per Business Need as Communicated By the Superior
