Job Description

Job Responsibilities- Water Treatment products sales and Service Engineer

Water Treatment Plant Components sales

Strong knowledge in water treatment products and ZLD plants

To find potential area of sales and to create new customer base

To meet the competent authorities or decision makers to generate prospective business and to follow the leads and convert into enquiry

Installation, testing and troubleshooting knowledge is an added advantage

Strong understandings on competitor products

Perform maintenance and provide customer support

Diagnose problems and come up with solutions

Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services performed

Build and maintain relationships with customers

To follow up orders, Payments and Despatch

To Maintain sales and payment report


BE / B Tech (Chemical, Environmental Science, Energy, Bio Chemistry, Bio Technology, Biomedical) with Water treatment plant components sales and service experience is highly preferred.

Strong Technical and subject knowledge

Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment

Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule

Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills

Working knowledge of the equipment needed for the job

Ability to work independently without much supervision

Languages: English, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu

Job Overview:Oversee and implement all sales activities for a specific area of responsibility or market segment(s), including developing new accounts, maintaining existing accounts and implementation of sales strategies. This position reports to the Managing Director.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales Engineers. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Requirements:BE / BTechdegree in related field. Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
