We are looking for an experienced and well-organised Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the team who will ensure that all the calls, messages and emails received are well handled.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate sales by managing query flow of calls/emails/messages with communicating relevant information.
Respond to complaints from customers/clients and coordinate with after-sales support when requested.
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in an electronic form.
Handle the processing of all enrolments and re-enrolments with accuracy and assigning them coach (based on clients assessment) to start their program within the timeliness.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems and keep on updating the team as well.
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material/events for the company.
Handle social media queries regarding our programs and assisting them to enroll.
Maintain clients data and do data analysis.
Go the - Extra mile - to meet sales target and facilitate future sales.
Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by your reporting manager.
