Hiring Sales Consultant and Senior Sales Consultant in Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities :

Scan and identify prospective doctors, discuss with manager and arrange appointments, may be prearranged or cold call

Communicate with and persuade agreed upon targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills

Build and maintain positive working relationship with all the targeted doctors

Flag issues or potential escalations to the manager and wherever needed do planned visits with the manager

Plan weekly and monthly time tables with manager

Along with the manager Develop plans to promote & establish Beltone range of Hearing Aids with Hospital.

Meet and, if possible, exceed sales targets, regularly monitoring your business plans to make sure you achieve it

As discussed with manager finalize commercial terms with doctors for prescriptions generated and sales thereof.

Monitor competitor activity and plan for its potential impact on the business

Necessary Functional Skills :

1. Excellent communication and presentation skills

2. Sales and customer relationship skill

3. Persuasive manner and negotiating skills

4. Good business acumen & quick learner

Education & Experience :

Graduate level or above preferred

2-5 years of experience in Sales

Age Up to 32 years
