Job Summary

We have an extensive inventory of about 5000 beds in the booming industry of co-living in Bangalore. The key to our success is the rigorous sales and that's why we take pride in our sales team which works with focus and dedication but also goes after any lead aggressively to convert them successfully.

We are looking to expand our most prized team with a full-time Sales Associate, who has exceptionally good communication skills, is able to identify the pain-points of customers and follow-up diligently.

You get to work with team awesome in turn and also get attractive incentives for each conversion you make.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Outgoing calls to generate leads

2. Answer incoming calls

3. Make a convincing pitch about the perks of staying at Grexter as a tenant

4. Convert leads with required negotiations

5. Maintain the data in Excel Sheet
