Responsibilities:
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
Requirements and Skills:
Preferably from Building Material Sales background
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner with a passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Graduation in any discipline

2+ years for seniors & 0-1 years for Junior
Work Location:
2 people for Vizag (1 Sr. & 1 Jr.)
2 for Vijayawada (1 Sr. & 1 Jr.)
2 for Anantapur but has to extensively travel across the Rayalaseema area (1 Sr. & 1 Jr.)
2 for Hyderabad (2 Jr., 1 for Retail Sales and 1 for Project Sales)

Package:
30,000 INR for Senior Executives and 20,000 INR for Junior Executive
Working Days:
6 days a week. Occasionally has to work for 7 days a week & on holidays, depending on the business requirement and the compensation will be paid accordingly.
