RM/SRM JOB OPENINGS (Will get customer leads from ESAF Bank)WITH CTC Up to 4 Lakh

Job Description:

To maintain excellent cordial business relationship with each branch staff to deepen the customer network of the bank branch

To generate leads through activities and use enablers for lead generation

To have minimum of 3 new customer meetings in a day

To provide after sales service and do upselling with the existing customers

To ensure 100% branch staff activation every quarter

To train and skill partner staff on need based selling and product sales pitch

To ensure 100% of branches with Min of 2-3 SP license holders and support them with the same to drive business target achievements

Desired Candidate profile

Must be Graduate / Post Graduate

Minimum 1 years of experience (Preferably Life Insurance or any sales experience in Banking and Finance Sector)

Must have experience in handling Banca Channel & Channel Partners

Should be a localite who can speak regional languages +English

Should be open for a field sales role (100%).

Should have very good knowledge in BFSI & Life insurance products and business

CTC: Upto 4 Lakh + Performance Based Incentives
