You will:

Follow a 14 day Training program and be hands on - trained on the job by one of our Mentors.

Learn how to Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media like Linkedin and our enormous ATS

Learn to match candidate's profiles to the tech job openings of our clients

Learn to conduct interviews over the phone with interested candidates

Learn to assess applicants relevant knowledge , skills , soft skills, experience and aptitudes

Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

be working on permanent or contract requirements and speaking to candidates from all over Europe or India, depending on your skills and aptitude.

What we expect you to bring in, so you can be successful in your career path with us:

Excellent communication skill in writing and speech

Bachelor in Technology OR MBA (we want you to have strong fundamentals so that your learning path can be shorter)

You are Proactive, searching for ways to achieve your targets and close the roles with your clients.

You are curious and eager to learn

You are ambitious and career driven. In the next 5 years you want to be leading a team or be an expert in European or Indian Recruitment
