You will be responsible for the upkeep & maintenance of the Reception area

To welcome all the visitors with smile and proper greetings and with warm welcome and guide them properly as per their ling EPABX System, Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages. To handle AMC (AC, electricity ,biometric functioning ,pest control, fire, rent, daily newspaper etc.) with utmost care and efficiency

Responsible for keeping an eye on the house keeping staff and guard with respect to their availability and timings
