Job Description :

Role Requirement:

Candidate should be catering to FGD market in Public & Private sector exclusively. Candidate should possess market knowledge and should be familiar with customers operating in the segment. Candidate needs to possess experience having demonstrated leadership qualities.

Key Result Areas: -

Spell out market initiative and execute the same in time bound manner.

Conduct seminars, participate in exhibitions and carry out marketing activities to generate business leads.

Market research & Penetration into various markets & applications.

Achieve Order booking target within set gross margin for defined territory.

Registrations & Approvals from Consultants/OEMs.

Build a team and Maintain a healthy team atmosphere.

Ensure travel expenses and other marketing expenses for team are within budget.

Prepare MIS/executive summary on monthly basis to submit to steering committee/top management
