ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Administrative Support:
o Manage the CEO's daily schedule, including scheduling appointments,
meetings, and travel arrangements.
o Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
o Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
o Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring information is organized
and easily accessible.
2. Communication and Liaison:
o Facilitate effective communication between the CEO and the
executive team, staff, and clients.
o Draft and distribute official communications and announcements on
behalf of the CEO.
3. Project Coordination:
o Assist in the coordination of special projects and initiatives, often
involving cross-functional teams.
o Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making
processes.
o Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
4. Confidentiality and Discretion:
o Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost
discretion.
o Ensure that all interactions and communications maintain a high level
of professionalism and confidentiality.
5. Meeting Support:
o Prepare agendas, materials, and documentation for meetings
attended by the CEO.
o Attend meetings as requested, take minutes, and follow up on action
items.
o Ensure timely distribution of meeting minutes and follow-up tasks.
6. Travel Arrangements:
o Plan and coordinate the CEO's travel arrangements, including flights,
accommodations, and itineraries.
